The app is great, and does exactly what I need it to do. I would further commend the responsiveness and the support from the app creators. I had an issue with the installation, and after reaching out to them they got back to me in minutes. They answered all my questions and helped me set everything up the way I needed to. Would definitely recommend this, both for the app itself and the great support.

Very useful app. We use this for weekly announcements/promotions. We like that is very simple to use and highly customizable. It would be nice if it could do recurring announcements, however. Still, it works exactly how we would like and expected!

The level of support I have received to get the banner displayed correctly with my custom theme was incredible. Ravi made sure everything displayed perfectly on mobile & desktop for me in a very timely fashion and I look forward to using this app into the future knowing they have my back!

Pointed out an odd (not production breaking) language choice and support was quick to update and make changes Update: After some use, wanted to add a note: Their servers are slow to respond to the api calls the annoucnement bar makes. It shouldn't impact things for the customer, but the network requests waterfall in the dev console will be very long. One last update: There was an update that was rolled out, which added inline style of body {font-family:sans-serif}. This overrode and took precedent of the main css causing all body text to not look correct/use the correct font. No app should do this. We uninstalled this app from our store.

The app looks really good on our website and works as we were expecting it to. It affected our menu bar at first but the team patiently went through the issue and fixed it for both desktop and mobile. So contact them if you are having issues. I will change my rating to 5 stars after using the app for 4 weeks. Update - increased it to 5 stars because it works really well after the initial issue was fixed. Great customer care too.
