A great app. You can review the chats with customers and see which the AI has been able to answer and where it needs more information. You can then customise it and build up more specific responses and build the knowledge base of the AI. Amazing support and a great company to work with.

What can i say apart from this is an exceptional app and second to none when it comes to AI chat support for your business. Not only is the core functionality excellent and does exactly what it says it does, the support team behind this are also extremely helpful and supportive and will work with you to make sure the app delivers and is suited to your business requirements and help you along the way. Definitely highly recommend!

Ben and Tom have been fantastic to work with. They are always on hand for any questions and are always looking at ways to develop the app with our individual requirements in mind. Answer Ai Ltd are not a company that builds a product and leave it at that, they are continually developing and improving and its refreshing to work with such a proactive team.
