We chose AnswerAi after comparing competitors, and it’s proven to be the best value for the features offered. Setup was straightforward, the bot learned our 1500+ product range quickly, and handling support, sales, and product enquiries has been seamless. Ben provided outstanding one-on-one support during setup. He met with me weekly, walked me through everything, and always had helpful tips to improve results. You can tell he genuinely cares about the success of each business using the platform. Any early teething problems were sorted out quickly and without fuss. The team even alerts me to knowledge gaps I hadn’t noticed, which is incredibly helpful.
