Best app so far. You can upload a design and it create whole collections in where you can choose which items you would like to edit and import.

the app is intolerable to use, after 2 days I am not able even to place an order, in 2021 you would expect developers to make something that doesn't require you to spend that much time. You can't sync your shopify and etsy products, you need to disable auto fulfillment on shopify if you want to place orders, every step requires the assistance of the support to explain to you how it works, the product I wanted didn't have any sort of live mockups and there is no way to know how the product will look with the different material choices they have since they don't have any real-life photos to show you... I hope they are working on improvments.
Hi, We’re sorry that your experience with our APP didn’t match your expectations. We have an APP integration with Etsy and Shopify but both apps works separately, You can upload your design on each app and publish it directly to your store after creating a collection in the APP. As for the auto fulfillment, when an order is marked shipped in the store right after it was created our system won't be able to recognize the order since the status is already shipped on your end. We appreciate your feedback about the mock-ups and we are still working on this and I am glad our support team was able to assist your need and inquiries. This app is pretty easy to use, has a good amount of options but the shipping times (3 weeks and counting) is horrendous. I'll be switching to another company that has better shipping. Luckily it was just a test order back in April 24th but if it were an actual customer I know I wouldn't here the end of it.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the shipping timeframe, we know how important to you and your customers to receive the orders as soon as possible, we investigated what happened to make sure we did not miss anything on our part. I have below the timestamp of the order progress from the start: April 24th - Order received in our AOP APP April 27th - Order was paid and was forwarded to our production for processing, once the order is paid only time production process will start. May 4th - Order shipped within the time frame (5 business days) May 7th - Our US facility received the order May 8th - Order passed to the USPS May 10th - USPS scanned and received the order Looking at this, the order is with USPS now, as we all know, we do not have control over shipping delays with the courier once we handed over the orders to them, we at AOP make sure that orders are processed and shipped out as soon as we can. This is a super app. It is quick and easy to use. It works seamlessly with my shop and i am able to manage my designs easily.

You guys have great shipping times compared to other platforms I've used. Thank you for staying consistent. I just wish there was a way that AOP+ could integrate more creative ability when designing products.

We lovveeee this app. It has made our business so much better. Thanks so much. We just started out and have not placed an order yet. We will update once we have placed an order. Update: The quality of the items were great. The time to receive the items was very extensive and caused a slow down in our POD business. We are no longer doing POD with AOP.

Amazing customer service! I don't normally write many reviews for companies but these 5 stars were well deserved. The team was super helpful... and held my hand through every step of the journey. I did not think it would be this easy to get all my orders done and shipped on time. Well done team! It's rare these days to find POD online you can trust to actually deliver what they say they will with great customer service too. Definitely recommend AOP.

Updating my review to give more stars! Had a small issue with one of my first prints, but since then they've been absolutely fantastic. Customer service live chat are always quick to help with any issues, even editing orders after they've been paid for. Super easy service to use and all my customers have commented on the fantastic quality of the products they receive. I've completely move over all my print on demand products and no longer use other suppliers now since AOP are more reasonably priced and easier to contact.

Y'all, download this app. Although I'm a relatively new ARTHOUSE_STREETFASHION startup, I've experimented with every POD / AOP vendor available; I've worked with manufacturers & printers directly. This is the supreme app for a few reasons. 1. Seamless design tool that works with surgical precision. 2. Product variety. 3. Overall interface design. Hands down leading the pack.

I have used quite a few print on demand apps in the past, and I have to say that this one takes the cake. Many customizable products, All over printing and so much easier to design with. I recommend to anyone wanting to do POD!

Does not provide tracking for shipped orders. When contacted about it they simply closed the ticket. No tracking means that customers will be inquiring about where their orders are and leaving me with no information other than estimates which leave a poor customer service feel.
Hello, We are very sorry about this. Currently, our tracked shippings are UK and US, we are still looking for a courier partner that we can use to track the shipments for us that will not cost a lot to our APP users. I love how this app lets me use my own artwork to create items to sell. Easy to use. Prompts are easy to figure out.
