While I haven't had a pre-order yet, Dana at tech support was incredibly helpful when I was trying to figure out some of the settings.
The app is incredibly easy to set up, and Jasmine was able to help me match the colors and fonts to my store. Can't recommend this app enough!
AOV.ai PreOrder Back in Stock is a very useful app for adding pre-order options to products that are currently out of stock. The initial setup is pretty straightforward but if you need help customizing specific features, their support team is very responsive and helpful. Kyle and Annie were incredibly helpful and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!

AOV App Review I’m genuinely so impressed with the support from the AOV app! One of their developers has been super helpful with customizing themes and fonts, always replies so quickly, and is incredibly friendly and easy to work with! And the best part—the owner has made the app free for now, which is honestly fantastic! Such a great opportunity for small businesses to use a helpful app without worrying about extra costs. This app has been a lifesaver for managing our pre-orders and out-of-stock products. It's incredibly easy to set up custom campaigns, display expected delivery dates to build customer trust, and keep sales flowing even when inventory runs out. The widget seamlessly replaces the 'sold out' button with a pre-order option, which has helped us capture revenue we would have otherwise lost. The biggest highlight, however, has been the support from Annie. She provided quick, efficient support and went above and beyond by adding extra features exactly as we discussed in our chat. She listened to our specific needs, implemented them without any hassle, and even picked up on a few other areas to improve our store's setup. Only 1 star, your app has disabled the "Add to Cart" button on all pages of our website except the product page.

However, I'd like to clarify that our app currently only operates on the Product page and does not modify or control the "Add to cart" buttons on other pages of your store. In your review, you mentioned that the "Add to cart" button disappeared across your entire website. We took another look at our conversation history, but it seems we hadn't received any support request from you regarding this specific issue before the review was posted. I am having a great experience using this app for setting up pre-orders and bundles on my storefront Jasmine from support was incredibly helpful and efficient!! She helped me resolve my issue super quickly, without any hassle, and even supported me with fixing branding elements on my theme. The whole experience felt smooth, professional and genuinely supportive. As a small business owner setting up my website, having responsive customer support makes such a difference, and this app has been excellent so far, especially considering there is a free option available.
