This app has been a lifesaver for managing our pre-orders and out-of-stock products. It's incredibly easy to set up custom campaigns, display expected delivery dates to build customer trust, and keep sales flowing even when inventory runs out. The widget seamlessly replaces the 'sold out' button with a pre-order option, which has helped us capture revenue we would have otherwise lost. The biggest highlight, however, has been the support from Annie. She provided quick, efficient support and went above and beyond by adding extra features exactly as we discussed in our chat. She listened to our specific needs, implemented them without any hassle, and even picked up on a few other areas to improve our store's setup. Only 1 star, your app has disabled the "Add to Cart" button on all pages of our website except the product page.

However, I'd like to clarify that our app currently only operates on the Product page and does not modify or control the "Add to cart" buttons on other pages of your store. In your review, you mentioned that the "Add to cart" button disappeared across your entire website. We took another look at our conversation history, but it seems we hadn't received any support request from you regarding this specific issue before the review was posted.
