Customer service here is honestly amazing!!! I’m still in the process of fully implementing AOV Bundle Upsell in my store, but so far I’ve been really impressed with the support team. Tiffany, Thea, and Susan have all been incredibly helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile with customisation to make the app fit my store properly. They’ve helped with styling changes, image sizing, button formatting, and a range of tweaks to get things working the way I need. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping merchants and improving the app. Very happy with the support so far.
