I've been using AOV.ai Cart Drawer for a while now and I've always had a great experience with it. The app works smoothly and does exactly what I need. What really stands out is their support team. They always reply quickly, solve problems fast, and are consistently friendly and helpful. Recently I had an issue with the upsell products not working correctly when my store was in a different language, and I couldn't fix it on my own. The team handled it very professionally and resolved it quickly, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended, both for the app and for the people behind it!

The app has been really easy to set up and gives much more control over the cart experience than Shopify’s standard cart. The design customisation has been especially useful for keeping the cart aligned with our brand, and the support has been excellent. July was incredibly helpful, responsive and patient throughout the setup, and made the whole process much easier. I’d definitely recommend the app to other Shopify merchants looking to improve their cart and upsell experience.
