I rarely write reviews, but this app truly deserves it. First of all, Susan has been phenomenal. She replied to every request within seconds and customized my cart drawer exactly the way I needed. In just a few minutes, I was able to improve the entire user experience dramatically. Her support alone is worth five stars. But beyond that, the app itself is exactly what I was looking for. It does one thing and does it exceptionally well: it optimizes the cart drawer. Badges, milestones, automatic gifts based on rules, smart discounts—everything is clean, simple, and incredibly intuitive. In the Shopify world, way too many apps are bloated, overly complex, or trying to do a thousand different things. This one is the opposite: minimal, focused, and extremely effective. As Bruce Lee said, “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” This app embodies that philosophy perfectly. For my needs, it’s absolutely a must-have. Highly recommended.

This app has great potential. Some features are missing, but the support along with the dev team are helping 24/7 which is very benefical. Great Thanks to Maison, Jasmine, Dana and the dev team. First day with this app but definitely not the last!

The customer service is excellent and the app is great, exactly what I was looking for. Tiffany responded to my requests immediately, it is very helpful. Now I hope that the app will be a real help in the future. The previous similar app made changes without informing me, which is why the cart was blocked for 2 days, without buyers being able to place orders. I hope you don't do something like that too! thanks

This app is very useful, it let me setup upsell in cart and it is fully customizable. i dropped the request to add more tiers and the support from jasmine was quick and effective, she also added theme to match with my store theme which in addition was very helpful. Totally recommended.

We’ve been using the AOV.ai cart drawer for a little while now, and honestly, it’s been great. The app has heaps of useful features, installation was super smooth, and getting everything set up was surprisingly easy. But the real standout is the support team. They’re genuinely awesome - quick to reply and always happy to go the extra mile to help out. Huge shoutout to Kyle, Annie, Susan, Lydia, and Jasmine for being absolute stars.
