its the third time their app stopped working and lost me thousands of dollars in revenue and ad spend (I noticed third time). once this wasnt clickable, it will appear one time out of 100 for customers,, the only good thing is customer support but what you will do with customer support when product is useless. Im using this for several months and it only got 32k impressions while im getting this amount of traffic every week. stay away

Regarding the issue with the non-clickable button, our development team has confirmed that it was caused by a conflict between the app and your current theme. We have since implemented an integration to address this issue and ensure it does not occur again. We apologize for not clearly communicating this in our earlier correspondence. With respect to the reported decrease in impressions, this appears to be related to a tracking error rather than an instance of the app ceasing to function. I have personally escalated this case to our CEO to review and advise on a suitable solution.
