I rarely write reviews, but this app truly deserves it. First of all, Susan has been phenomenal. She replied to every request within seconds and customized my cart drawer exactly the way I needed. In just a few minutes, I was able to improve the entire user experience dramatically. Her support alone is worth five stars. But beyond that, the app itself is exactly what I was looking for. It does one thing and does it exceptionally well: it optimizes the cart drawer. Badges, milestones, automatic gifts based on rules, smart discounts—everything is clean, simple, and incredibly intuitive. In the Shopify world, way too many apps are bloated, overly complex, or trying to do a thousand different things. This one is the opposite: minimal, focused, and extremely effective. As Bruce Lee said, “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” This app embodies that philosophy perfectly. For my needs, it’s absolutely a must-have. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using the AOV.ai cart drawer for a little while now, and honestly, it’s been great. The app has heaps of useful features, installation was super smooth, and getting everything set up was surprisingly easy. But the real standout is the support team.
