Amazing app. The customer support is very fast. I use it on all my stores. All of the agents are a joy to work with.

The perfect customer service. Only this could be a reason to choose Aov over other brands/ apps. They respond immediately 24/7 . No ai, real people with solutions. Can’t recommend more . Perfect.

Pretty decent free app, but it lacks many features and customizations compared to other apps. If I want a darker-colored header, I cannot change the font color of the header without it also changing the font color of other things. Also, it would be beneficial to have Analytics. I need to know how many people added additional items because they were recommended in the cart, etc. The only metric they give you is "total impressions" which isn't really useful But it's a free app and it does its job. Also, customer support is AMAZING.

Very helpful, my questions were answered really quickly and they offer personalized help with some things that are not possible to edit by myself. Special thanks to Susie who introduced me to this app and solutions to increase my conversion rate.

They are the best. I use three of AOV.ai apps at this point and all of them are amazing. Their customer service is also incredible and so helpful/responsive. Annie is my hero getting my cart drawer working to my liking! 10/10 would recommend!
