Outstanding support + powerful cart upsells (and it’s free!) We’re using AOV Cart Drawer on our Shopify store and it’s been a great experience so far. The app itself is flexible, clean, and gives you real control over upsells, rewards bars, and AOV optimization without forcing you into a paid plan. What really stood out, though, was the support. Annie from the AOV team was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful while walking us through setup, best practices, and reward bar logic. She stayed with us step-by-step, answered strategic questions (not just technical ones), and made sure everything was working correctly before we turned it on. If you’re looking to increase AOV with upsells, rewards, and a cart drawer that actually converts — and you care about responsive, human support — this app is a no-brainer. Highly recommended.

At first it seems kind of silly that you have to contact support to enable some features. But the support is by far the best I had ever had with any Shopify app. Now I'm excited to see the impact on my AOV

I am absolutely thrilled with this app! The design is clean and integrates perfectly with my store theme. But what impressed me even more was the support: I needed more reward tiers for my strategy, and Macy from the support team set it up for me within minutes! Fast, professional, and very friendly. If you want to increase your AOV and offer a great customer experience, this is the app to go for. 5 stars well deserved!

I’ve had a great experience using AOV.ai, and Annie has been exceptionally helpful throughout. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes the time to clearly explain things in a way that actually makes sense, which is rare with most platforms. Any questions or issues I had were handled quickly and professionally, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. The app itself is very well built and genuinely useful. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and delivers real value rather than overpromising and underdelivering like many similar tools. Just installed AOV Cart Drawer app and it looks great! I had some type of configuration problem at the beginning but the technician was really helpful and was able to fix it fairly quickly.

I’ve been using this app for about two weeks now, and the results have honestly exceeded my expectations — my conversion rate has noticeably increased. The cart drawer is incredibly smooth, loads fast, and looks far more professional than what I was using before. Customers really love being able to apply discount codes directly in the cart, and the free shipping progress bar is genius. You can clearly see shoppers adding more items just to reach the free shipping threshold, which has helped increase AOV. On top of that, the support team is outstanding. They respond quickly, are very professional, and genuinely care about helping you solve issues fast. The whole experience has been smooth and stress-free. honestly can’t believe this app is completely free. AVO Cart Drawer works perfectly, looks great, and adds real value to my store right away. But what truly makes the difference is their customer support. Macy deserves a huge thank you. She went above and beyond to help me — taking the time to walk me through everything step by step, answering all my questions with patience, and even giving me valuable advice to fix and improve my funnel.
