Completely incompetent staff and application - I wasted entire weeks of my time manually optimizing photos, but then they removed the automatic optimization and now they've included paid plans/monthly fees with ridiculously high prices. Even if it was free before and worthless - now with these prices it's not even worth wasting your time and money. This company is completely useless and arrogant!

Great app and easy to use. Pamela from the support team helped me to get through automatique conversion (had around 900 images) with ease. Managed to save almost 2GB making my website load faster.

Ricky helped me a lot. I signed up for a month free trial to optimize my images and now my website is running more smoothly. He also answered my questions about how everything would work. It was an easy process and I'm excited about not having to re-load all of my images at a lower size, which was what I was planning to do before finding this app.
