To clarify what happened with your account: as an early user, your access prior to our pricing update was already secured. However, when you uninstalled the app, that access was unfortunately reset. This is a Shopify platform limitation, not something we can retain after uninstallation. As soon as you reported the issue, our team restored it right away. Regarding the pricing update: the app has grown well beyond image optimization. It now includes page speed optimization using a range of advanced techniques, and continuing to grow it the right way required us to introduce paid plans.
