De loin la meilleure application de Live Chat. Nous étions sur Tidio auparavant et avons changé pour Crisp ! L'application est très ergonomique et l'automatisation du Chat est très facile à faire. L'équipe support est réactive. Je recommande Crisp pour tous ceux qui souhaitent avoir une réelle application de Live Chat !
