I recently reinstalled the AJ Delivery Date app on my Shopify store, and I am beyond impressed with their exceptional service! I had used this app for 2–3 years previously and always found it reliable and seamless. Due to some issues with my store, I had disabled the app for a while, but I’m so glad I’ve installed it again today. The support team went above and beyond to assist me. They communicated with me directly through WhatsApp and patiently configured the app to meet all my requirements. I made several requests for changes and customizations, and they handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. I really needed an app like this to allow customers to choose the delivery date they needed to receive their baked orders to take the stress out of my daily shop procedures as I was manually adding them myself before. They were particularly helpful and quick when integrating the software with my shop and I really couldn't fault it at all! Highly highly recommend and deffo worth paying for.

3/20/23 - Had some issues with the app, but the service team was helpful in jumping right away to see what was going on to solve the problem. Our products are perishable items that are used for events so the delivery date of when they are to arrive is very important for us to keep our customers happy. To make things more difficult some products are available and not available at different times so the year. The Delivery Date apps we looked are were mainly for local deliveries and not designed for a drop shipper like us. They just did not give us the flexibility we needed. In communicating with App.Jetty they told me they could make the delivery calendar work exactly how we needed it to work. We had to do some customization which I had no issue with if we really could get it to work properly. The process to get this done was top-notch. They took the time to understand what we were looking to do. They made adjustments to the project as needed as new issues were uncovered. They did a very good job for us. This was a fairly big issue for us that went smoother than expected. We are very happy to use their App. I just ran into an issue where our Delivery Calendar did not work properly during our busiest time of the year when of course it was after their work day had ended. The support staff got ahold of someone after hours to help us get our Calendar up and functional within hours. I was in real trouble if it did not work. - wonderful support

A delivery calendar is a strategic feature of our site as every order requires an exact “delivery date”. However to make it difficult some products are not available for delivery at certain times during the year, but they need to be shown at all times so our customers can plan for them. We moved from one platform to another which required us to get a new calendar. This caused us to work with App.Jetty. Out of the box, there were a lot of issues that did not allow the calendar to work the way we needed to work. We required quite of bit of customization for we could not change the way we do business. App.Jetty they helped us work through each issue one at a time without ever diminishing the importance of them, or making us feel like a bother. We were not an easy customer to work with we had a lot of requests, but we had to get this calendar working correctly. All of this work will now be used as we need to migrate a second site over. If you need to have a delivery calendar that requires some special conditions I would recommend this team. If you need a delivery calendar that is very straight forward I would be very surprised if they could not help either.

Using two of their apps and they were super helpful. Created custom solution within their app and did it at lightning speed. Super helpful team that did a turnaround in less than 24 hours and did not have to repeat my instructions twice. Going blindly with AppJetty as they are in this field well over a decade and have really easy and simple to use apps that do the job at a reasonable price.

I have an online florist - and this app has met all of my needs for delivery date options :) They have great customer support (different time zone to me, but always quick and responsive!). They always clearly understand my requests and questions and thoroughly address them in a way that has always exceeded my expectations. Plus they have been able to customise the app for our store to make it even better for our needs at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend!
