Nous gérons un petit domaine viticole familial en agriculture biologique, avec plusieurs activités à faire vivre : randonnées gourmandes, apéros dégustation, visites de cave. Autant dire qu'on avait besoin d'un outil simple pour ne pas se noyer dans la gestion des réservations. Apntly a coché toutes les cases. La configuration des services est claire (on assigne son équipe directement au service, plutôt que l'inverse, ce qui change tout quand on a plusieurs activités à gérer en parallèle). La synchronisation avec nos variantes Shopify se fait sans accroc une fois qu'on a compris la logique. Ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est le support : réactif, pédagogue, et disponible même sur des questions très pointues (gestion des variantes, affichage du menu déroulant, disponibilités par équipe). On a toujours eu une réponse claire, rapidement. Une app pensée pour les petites structures qui veulent professionnaliser leurs réservations sans y passer des heures. On recommande sans hésiter à tout domaine ou prestataire d'activités qui cherche un outil fiable et un support humain derrière.

I’m so glad I did. Although the app hasn’t been translated into Japanese yet, it’s easy enough to understand. The app works exactly as I expected, and the support is outstanding. Thanks to the founder’s personal support, I was able to solve every issue I encountered. As a small brand preparing for an exhibition, having such quick and thoughtful support made a huge difference. I’m very satisfied with both the app and the excellent customer service. I highly recommend Apntly to anyone looking for a booking app for Shopify. Thank you again for all your help!

Great little app for bookings and appointments. Setup on the site easily, is flexible with appointment options. Even the paid-for version is extremely cheap for what you get. That, and the support are incredible, by the far best I've experienced. Hats off to you guys! Highly recommend it.

I rarely write reviews, but the support from the Apntly team has been outstanding. Setting up workshop bookings with multiple locations and group appointments was completely new to me, and I had a lot of questions. Sam was incredibly patient, replied quickly, and talked me through every step until everything was working. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and I never felt rushed.
