Intentions with Whitney review for Appointment Booking App Apntly

I downloaded this from another app on Shopify, It was easy to set up as I had history working with these online schedulers, and honestly, even if you didn't- this app set up is pretty easy... During my first day, I had several appointments roll in abs one conflicted with the other. I didn't know what to do, but the system automatically caught it and prompted the buyer to reschedule. I reached out for help, I connected with Sam. He was very prompt, super helpful and patient. He walked me through what I needed and I was able to learn what was necessary. The wait time to connect with support was less than 10 min. Total time: roughly 15-20 minutes as I had several questions. Great service, will continue to use as long as there are no problems!
