I chose this app primarily because it integrates directly with Shopify. I was hoping to find a specific calendar/scheduling app within the Shopify ecosystem, but I was glad to come across this one that works natively with the platform. The setup process was straightforward, and it has allowed me to create multiple inquiry-based services tied directly to products in my store, which is exactly what I needed. Customer support has also been excellent. Sam was especially helpful and very prompt in responding to my questions, which made the implementation process much smoother. I’m currently giving the app four stars, with the potential to move to five as additional features are added. One improvement that would make a big difference (for me) is the ability to copy questions from one service to another instead of manually recreating them each time. Overall, this is a solid scheduling solution for Shopify stores that want an integrated booking experience.
