Sam, the app founder and developer himself, answered my questions and got my app set up in no time. Very helpful and quick in his response time. That is a first! I'm not very tech saavy, so appreciate patient and clear help.

I'm fairly new to the platform but it has been extremely easy to navigate through. If I'm needing clarification or guidance, customer service is quick to respond and really kind with assistance.

The app has worked great for our website/customers so far. We had to sort our some set up kinks with our web team and the app support was super helpful and responsive. So far so good and would recommend.

Overall I am happy. It does not have all the bells and whistles like more advanced and established apps, but for this price point, it does well. Sam is awesome with the support.
