The 'Book Now' button appeared seamlessly on my product page, and now my customers can schedule appointments instantly—whether online via Zoom or in person. I’m blown away by the two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook, and the way clients can cancel or reschedule on their own is a total game-changer. Deposits help reduce no‑shows, and I can even host group bookings and ask custom questions at checkout. The interface is sleek and intuitive, and the support team? Simply outstanding. This app is very easy to use, yet offers a lot of useful functions. The free option is great, and there are even more advanced features if you need them. Customer service is absolutely five stars!

As a small business, it is hard to manage events and coordinate them seamlessly. We have used this app for two different events, and it has allowed our customers to easily sign up for specific time slots. They offer quick and immediate response to queries and helped us get the event up and running. Highly recommend!

I added this booking service to my shopify recently for class bookings for my brick and mortar. It has made booking classes and group events SO much easier I love it! Anytime I have questions I ask in the chat and someone gets back to me in minutes with a solution! Highly reccomend for your bookings whether its appointments, classes or other group events!

Very easy to use booking app, solves my booking requirements for my small business at a budget price. Sam is very helpful as well, he also helps me with my special requirements.

Nice and easy to set up and simple for customers to use. A great booking system and perfect for our needs (we only offer bookings on one of our products). Also, a good price compared to some other systems. Sam is also there with answers when you do need to ask about anything.

I just installed Appointly and so far, everything has worked exactly as described. Sam, the founder, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond, he made the widget visible on my product page right away and adjusted the colours to perfectly match my brand. I haven’t tested the full functionality yet, but my initial experience has been excellent.
