I chose this app primarily because it integrates directly with Shopify. I was hoping to find a specific calendar/scheduling app within the Shopify ecosystem, but I was glad to come across this one that works natively with the platform. The setup process was straightforward, and it has allowed me to create multiple inquiry-based services tied directly to products in my store, which is exactly what I needed. Customer support has also been excellent. Sam was especially helpful and very prompt in responding to my questions, which made the implementation process much smoother. I’m currently giving the app four stars, with the potential to move to five as additional features are added. One improvement that would make a big difference (for me) is the ability to copy questions from one service to another instead of manually recreating them each time. Overall, this is a solid scheduling solution for Shopify stores that want an integrated booking experience.

Sam is super responsive and will assist in guiding you through any inquiry. The app has made booking appointments and gathering additional information from clients super simple. I definitely recommend.

I just installed Apntly and I absolutely LOVE IT!! Nice app and very quick responsive in case something is unclear. I have been using it more actively for about a month now. Happy with the add on questions options, follow up mails and just wide range of settings. Makes it good to tweak for your specific needs.

Such a great app to integrate into my store! Sam is super helpful and will help you with any tweaks or questions. It's awesome to have this system to book appointments all in one place rather than have a separate platform, and so far it's been working great. Love it!

The app is able to support many configurations for complicated schedule like ours. We have many activities and different slots during the days. It was quick to implement all the services and check it. The support team also helped, answering my doubts very quickly via online chat (shout out to Sam). I hope this becomes our definitive Booking App for all our needs.

Been using for couple of years now. Pretty easy install, haven't encountered any at least major bugs, AMAZING customer service. Using Apntly for bicycle workshop.

love this app my clients can easily book and pay with no hassle my diary is organised and if i get stuck with anything there is always someone to help straight away, would i recommend? Yes!
