Set up for this was pretty easy once I read through a bit of the docs. It works fairly well, replaces the Add to Cart button on the product page, and gives you an option to skip payment if you need to process it elsewhere. All in all, it does pretty ok. Some things I liked about it - Quick and easy setup, after subscription purchase - Simple appointment modal with a decent looking calendar - Team member, product/service variant and location options - Developer response to questions was really quick Known problems/needs - Needs spell/grammar check on the modals and email - There's a delay in appointment times updating. It's anywhere from a minute to 3 minutes, though the delay did go down after reducing the maximum timeframe to schedule out from 365 days (default) to 60. If you have a lot of simultaneous traffic, you can get appointments scheduled at the same time. If you don't it's not as much of a concern, and you can reach out to customers to reschedule There are some calendar integrations that I intend to explore as well, though have yet to set up. I'd consider that a plus

Super fast set-up, easy to create your own time slots for appointments, make certain dates unavailable. Customer service (Sam!) is super quick to help.

Great app so far. It has everything I need and is easy to use. I asked some technical requests to the support and they have always been helpful and fast to help me with these. I recommend this app.

The app has been a wonderful addition to my store. Very responsive team while I encounter an issue. Clients have no issue scheduling at all. I am glad to have added it. I have customers who are visual impaired, and they are able schedule without issue because it set up like a product not floating on the bottom of the page or something. Happy merchant. Great customer service and quick responses. I was having issues setting up a workshop in my shop and the reached out via chat. The rep offered me assistance step by step but I was still not able to get it working so he offered me to join via google meet to trouble shoot and my issue was quickly resolved. I truly appreciate the quick responsiveness when trying to fix a problem on my website.

This app is fantastic works super well right out of the box! they don't try to upsell you too hard and the customer support is really fast and helpful. Definitely use this app! i will continue using this for my business

This app is amazing and works flawlessly as per our requirements. Also few changes we wanted like skipping cart to Checkout and others were enabled to us in a super short notice by Sam. Lovely app and could not believe it is priced so reasonable. Great work Sam and will definetly recommend to others looking for an appointment app. Especially people running multi stores and require appointments app can try this and will be perfect.
