I've been using this app for my appointment bookings for a couple months now and I'm very pleased with my experience so far. It's been easy to use and add my products to the app. Anytime I needed any help, I got a response right away on live chat with a real person and the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service. Practical to set up, and more affordable than other comparable options as a new business owner which I appreciate. I can even make scheduling changes easily right from my phone without needing to log into desktop. Setting up my calendar and available/unavailable days is very straightforward and can be updated easily. Scheduling emails are sent timely and well-worded, but it's also easy to customize the verbiage if you want. I recommend anyone who needs an appointment scheduling app to try this :)

Sam and the team at Apntly are absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service is truly outstanding, and the app is incredibly intuitive. I've experimented with numerous booking apps for Shopify, and Apntly stands head and shoulders above the rest. It's not even a competition - this app is in a league of its own! I wholeheartedly recommend Apntly to anyone looking for a seamless booking solution. It has revolutionized my business operations, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Really good app that is easy to set-up & use. When I have come across anything I've been stuck on, the customer support is amazing, really friendly and quick to respond. Really recommend this app.

This app is incredible - it is so easy to use and so logical to incorporate all our requirements including ,multiple locations, multiple services and multiple staff. There are no limits to it and the customer support is amazing! By far the best experience I have had using any app on his store.
