I reached out through chat on a Sunday evening and got an immediate, helpful response (definitely not a bot!), which was impressive and much appreciated. While I haven't tried the upgraded options yet, they look well-priced and like they’d be great value. I’m eager to explore them as my business grows. Even though my store isn’t live yet, I’m really satisfied with Appntly’s performance and service. I’ll definitely be back to update once I have more experience, but so far, I couldn’t be happier. I must say I am impressed. I was able to schedule a meeting with the staff and they were on time and helpful. Furthermore, after the meeting, I still had some questions on setting up the calendar so I chatted. Not only they responded to the chat box in a timely manner but they guided me every step of the way on how to set up my calendar the way I needed it set up. Further more, before the chat was done, they confirmed everything was done and working properly. I greatly appreciate them for their guidance and patience with me.

Great customer service. Possibility to modify appointements, receive deposits and custom a lot of things. I have tried different appointment app on shopify and this one is my favorite. In total I have used it for more than a year and a half. I have a hair service at home in severeal departement in France with a team of 7 now (I was alone at first and I have been able to develop my company with ease thanks to Sam. I really recommand !
