Customer service has been great, did a few customizations for us on the backend. Like how you're able to add custom questions to capture more user info. Easy to add the button and super effective!

I really enjoy this app. It is user friendly and offers users options giving the opportunity for all people to use no matter what stage of business they are in. Anyone from a new solopreneur to a seasoned organization can use this app with efficiency and customization abilities to make it their own. I love this app/strongly recommend! v/r SMC

Getting my calendar completely customised to my requirements was super quick and easy. Sam sent over all the custom codes I asked for and now my calender looks great. Thanks

I use Appointly to book and manage my Paint & Sip and kids painting workshops directly from my art website. It's been nice to have this option so that people don't have to go to another site to book classes. I needed a few flexible options for how I wanted to set up my classes and Sam helped on multiple occasions to figure out everything I wanted to do. He is always available to chat for any little issues or questions I may have. Overall, Appointly has been perfect for my needs and I love that it's affordable for small businesses like mine.

The appointment app I was using is being discontinued, so I had to go shopping for a new one. I gave Appointly a try. At first, I was not super happy because you could only get calendar integration at the highest billing level. BUT THEN.... I had a little issue setting things up. I hit the Chat Support button, and explained my issue. I expected a Bot answer, or someone who would take 30 minutes to understand my problem, and then turf me somewhere into space. Instead, I found myself chatting with the actual guy who did the actual coding. He said it would take 2 minutes to fix my problem. He lied. It was no more than 30 seconds!!! And now that I have the thing installed, DAMN IS IT SLICK! SO much better than the other one I was using. It's easy to understand, but still has all the bells and whistles I need, plus ones I didn't even know I needed, but will definitely use! I feel confident writing this glowing review on Day One, simply because I got such great service. This is the way things are supposed to be, and almost never are. Thanks, Sam, for building such an awesome app, and being there when I had a question.

Easy to install, works through a product listing and variants can be added for different types of bookings. So far I've added 3, and have customised the time limit of each appointment as well as how the available times display to inquiring customers. Great customer service upon install, speaking with the developer himself and really quick to remove branding/help me customise the calendar to suit my company.
