Appointment Booking App Apntly

Excellent customer service. Seems to do everything we need it to do for services and events.

Very clean interface and simple setup! I needed a custom landing page to track appointment booking conversions and Sam did the setup for that as well as walking me through the initial implementation of the app. It's on my site and working great, integrated with my Zoom and G Suite beautifully.

App works fantastic and customer support was very helpful!

Convenient and very good support

I've just installed the app and had a little hiccup since I'm not very tech-savvy, but Sam was really quick to respond and fixed the issue straight away. I'm happy with the customer service and the app so far :)

He probado casi todas las que ofrece Shopify y esta es la que más características ofrece por un precio muy competitivo; es fácil de usar, de configurar y el soporte técnico es rápido y muy eficiente. Really easy to use and integrate but for personal/single use and for my team.

Great product and, more importantly, amazing customer service. The product itself is highly customizable and serve the need really well. And the team managing the product is super-efficient in handling client requests, including most dumb questions :) If you are looking for a good scheduling tool built into your check-out - look no further!

This program is so versatile! I love how easy it is to set up my appointments and customize my availability for various types of appointments. I love that my customers can easily reschedule, and I can also reschedule if needed with automated messages. It is much easier than coordinating appointments via text or FB messenger. The app chat feature is awesome and easily and quickly accessible for questions. Excellent app!

Great responsive support, agile design that can be customized.

I just wanna share my experience with Appointment Booking Appntly. It has been fantastic! The app is incredibly user-friendly and has made scheduling appointments so much easier. It’s streamlined my day and taken the hassle out of managing my appointments and Sam is amazing and he helps all the time! Highly recommend it :)

Using Appntly for booking appointments on my shopify store has been soooo great! It allowed me to replace the check out button with a book icon since I offer services, while still allowing me to collect a deposit. I've found that they offer features in their lower tiers that cost more in other apps out there! For example, they offer calendar integration in their lower tier which other apps offer it in their more expensive theirs. There's also customer support whenever you need it. They've been very helpful so far! If you cant choose between Appntly and other apps, I would recommend going with these guys!

Great app, easy setup and fantastic support.

We wanted to move over from Calendly to something that works directly with shopify, and Appntly is by far the best. Tried them all. Appntly creates a customer for you right in shopify. Looks great on mobile. Sam is super quick if you have any questions. Pricing is easy. Just fab. Would highly recommend.

We are switching from Accuity to Appntly, which is not for the weak-hearted! So far, so good. Keeping my customers on my website was a big sell for me. Apptly has almost all the features Accuity has; if they don't, there is a workaround. The app designer has been helping me by customizing parts of the app to work with my needs. Working one-on-one with the developer makes for a great app! The only issue so far is class passes. Shopify doesn't have the option to sell a package of classes, but the workaround is using a digital coupon code at checkout, and in the end, it isn't a problem with the app; it's Shopify.

I recently started using this app, and it’s been fantastic. The interface is user-friendly, and booking appointments is quick and easy. The reminder notifications are super helpful too. Highly recommend it!
