This app is so simple and really cuts out the middle man. When I needed assistance when I was having an issue with my calendar, Sam reached out within a few hours and fixed it the same day. I'm impressed! I'd give this app 10 stars if I could!

We were looking for another solution to book appointments with our stylists. We've been using Calendly but they have less features than Appointly provides. The set up was flawless and every question was answered when I was confused or lost. Sam is a great help! I recommend this app for booking appointments and if you're looking for a budget-friendly system. This one is it! Thanks for all your help, Sam!

I looked around for the perfect app to allow my customers to schedule online classes, and decided to give Appointly a try. It has been great so far! The app itself is smooth and pretty intuitive. There were a couple setup things that I had questions on, and customer service was fast and knowledgable, and got me sorted out straight away. They even made custom changes from the back end for me. For being the most affordable of the apps I looked at, I am very pleased with the performance.

I'm a first-time business owner and I did a lot of research while choosing the booking app for my website, and Appointly stood out to me. After integrating the software just yesterday, I have had access to live support to do everything from customize my color scheme to fixing 3rd party glitches on my behalf. There is so much that can be done with the Free Plan, but the Pro is incredibly affordable for what you get! I'm not sure why more people aren't talking about Appointly, but so far I am a big fan :)

This is BEST app ever. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an appointment app. The functionality it has in the free version is way above what other apps offer in their paid versions. It has absolutely everything one may need to create bookings. It's very easy to set up plus the developer of the app is extremely helpful and available via live chat instantly to answer any questions or make FREE customizations to the app.

We are changing over from a different booking app that was much more expensive monthly than Appointly. We had some issues setting up the app but the service was phenomenal! Every time I had questions they responded in a timely manner and walked us through the set up! We even did a Google Meet to finalize the set up. We haven't used it too much yet but the set up process was very good and customer service was great!

So far so good... I have tried Cowlender and Sesami before, but but caused major website glitches. Had this one for a few months now, and so far so good. Support was quick to resolve the cart issue we had. I'm happy.

This app does exactly what we need. We had some small issues at the start, But Sam responded apt and changed some code on their end and it got solved in 15 minutes! The cool part is that all the goodies: asking questions, integrating into your Google calendar, having a Zoom appointment instead of a face-to-face one are priced at a very acceptable $9. For which other planning apps Like Cowlendar charge up to $29 a month! Which is crazy as our whole Shopify subscription costs that per month, as we are a small business. We had a thorough testing on all use cases and tried to break it. Especially the integration parts to Google and Zoom. And everything works. Even the unhappy flows. We did find a small improvement in the user interaction, which Sam found quite interesting. He is probably going to put it on the product roadmap for development. Where can you find such a responsive and open to feedback software supplier? It is rare. Definitely a recommendation this app!!!
