We have started using the Appointly recently, but so far everything is just great. The app itself seems to be working with no issue and it's easy to set up and customize. Also, the support and assistance is super fast, friendly and professional. So far all good and totally recommend.

I tested this app and it was the easiest to setup of multiple apps tested. I also had questions on some settings and the online chat support was very responsive and answered my questions right away. So far I am very pleased with this product!

Works great so far. I am using the app as an appointment scheduler for viewings of my rental space. The customer service was quick to get me up and running. Excited to see how it intergrates into my email in the future.

Excellent customer service when I needed assistance customising to match my online store. Flexible uses and easy to make changes to services and also offers email and SMS reminders which also can be easily customised.

The customer service & app are both exceptional. Our company has been using this app for a several months. This app has saved time and kept our buyers from getting overwhelmed with walk-ins. Customers & staff are able to re-schedule, cancel, and/or edit all within the app or email. One of our favorite features is the custom questions. There are some specifics we need to know about items to be purchased before our customers meet with our buyers. Having the ability to set this up was what sold us on this app. It is easy to use and intuitive. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an appointment app.

Appointly does all it says it does. Sam (the developer of the app) helped us set up some custom requirements where we weren't able to do it ourselves (most of it is very intuitive and self-explanatory).

We were looking for a smart app to support our Yoga business. Among other things the app needed to support both booking of classes as well as single treatments. I scanned pretty much all apps out there, but this was the one that ticked of all the boxes for our needs. This app supports both classes and single treatments in a great way, it supports reminders to customers and teachers, etc, etc. And on top of that the price is fair and lower than the competition. Really happy that I found it and I really like the great and instant support that comes along with it. Keep up the good work!

Quick and friendly communication when assistance is needed! Our shop doesn't need a lot in terms of appointment bookings, and this gives us everything we need for little cost for any additional widget customization.
