Super easy to use and helped solved our problem with not being able schedule appointments at events and at our showroom at the same time! So glad to finally have this product. Great personal service on their chat as well.

Easy to use app with great functionality. Even the free version works well for my store so clients can book consultation appointments. Highly recommend!

App easy to learn, set up, and navigate. When we encountered an issue it was resolved very swiftly and adjustments were made to make the app right for us. Would recommend!

Just set up the service and eye appreciate that chat support is helpful and quick with the responses. Zoom integration was pretty easy too and eye didn't have to get the paid subscription to zoom.

After comparing reservation APPs, this APP is the simplest and fulfills the necessary functions. The ability to customize css and edit headings, etc. makes it very useful for non-English speaking stores. 予約appを比較した結果、このappが一番シンプルで必要な機能を満たしてくれました。 cssのカスタマイズと見出しなどの編集が出来るので英語圏以外のショップにも活用できてとても便利です。

Sam was fantastic. He could easily navigate me around the site and answered all my queries promptly. I think the ongoing support Appointly offers is great! Love the app capabilities too. I haven't upgraded yet but look forward too and I think it will be money well spent in the long run!

I'm super happy with the functionality of this app as well as the design. It has allowed me to turn completely my business around, get 10x more appointments and decrease my no-shows by taking a deposit. Customer Service has been excellent!

I recently switched to Appointly from another scheduling App because I was looking for an app that was reasonably priced, had all the features I needed, allowed me to take online and manual bookings, and also to not require customers to pay at the time of booking (I am an in-person service-based business and bill customers at the end of their appointment). Appointly was easy to set up and configure, offers nice looking notification emails, and the customer support was swift and top notch! It was a great experience from beginning to end - I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for an easy way to book customer appointments online with lots of features and at a great price point!

This app has every thing I was looking for at a better price point than other similar apps! Very flexible options and the google calendar integration is extremely useful for avoiding booking conflicts. Also great customer support through chat to make changes where needed. Edit: Support through email has also been outstanding to make custom changes that are not editable in the app. We are continuing to use this app to help us grow even more in the future.

I switched from another app to get Google calendar integration for a better price. Appointly offers calendar synch, buffer time between appointments, great price, and it's very user friendly. A customer service rep messages me as soon as I installed it to help me. Highly recommended!

Setup was quick and easy. Had one question for support. They answered their chat feature quickly and was able to give me an answer right away. I love that this app allows you to schedule a gap between appointments. I prefer a 24-hour period prior to a client scheduling with me so that I can create a plan of action for providing business support services to them. This app allows me to set that up. Fantastic app and support. Thank you so much Appointly!!!
