I downloaded this app to schedule a one day event that I need to set up individual time slot appointments. I found the app to be a little confusing(I'm not tech savvy) so I used the messenger to ask questions. I got immediate replies and was able to get everything up and running within 5 minutes. Incredibly fast service and special bonus, I love that he could change the color to match my branding:)

The ease of use is excellent. I had a few questions, but by contacting support, I was able to get a quick response! I think this kind of booking system is also good for made-to-order items that take a little longer to produce, so if you could add an option to hide the time slots, that would be even better.

App works very well. Lots of customizable options for length of appointment and buffer times. Also great for booking manual appointments since it allows you to override the existing schedule if you need to.
