Amazing customer support thank you for your help Sam! The app is easy to download, use and implement into my Shopify theme. I offer appointments at various locations and Sam easily helped me set up the variants took less than 15mins! I would recommend this app! I have one service I offer and needed a booking app. The pop up looks clean, its pretty easy to use. The customer service is extremely helpful. I tinkered with other apps before this one and this was my final choice simply because the customer service completed the things I couldn't figure out. Excited to use this app on my website.

Just kind of getting rolling with this app, but it seems very intuitive (setup first test appointment in maybe 15 minutes), and live chat with Sam resolved one small change I needed in literally moments. Been a while since I've see customer service like that. Bodes well.

I've tried literally every Shopify app for appointment booking, plus some third party ones, and Appointly is the best value for me. Nicely customizable for your specific needs. Attractive customer interface. And support was excellent. The developer made real-time changes to my app installation when needed! Save your time searching. If Appointly has the features you need, you won't find a better app for appointment booking.

**UPDATING MY REVIEW** Had another support request I needed help with. Sam solved it in less than 3 minutes and offered back end support to make my changes even FASTER. I am 100% impressed with support again. What an awesome team. Support like Sam offers is why I keep this app. WONDERFUL!!! This app was easy to setup and is proving to be very user friendly. The one time I had a problem or issue, I received wonderful and FAST and support from their attentive team. I would highly recommend trying this app. I appreciate the developers of this app having staff on board that is responsive and extremely helpful. 5 STARS!

Brand new customer. I am so excited I have finally found an app that works for the new retreat and events I am starting in my company. BRAND NEW just added only 2 workshops and it was so easy to navigate I sold out of my first date in one day. EASY AND WORKS WITH SHOPIFY. I LOVE THIS APP. Great support so far too. At first, I needed help getting this app started but they were helpful and it works beautifully. I only have the FREE version and I was worried it wouldn't have enough features, but it is just fine.
