I love this app!!! It's perfect for booking custom services for my products ( I book a wedding service). It easily lets me take deposits which no other app had the option to do AND the customer service has been excellent with any help I needed customizing to fit my needs. Best app I've found, and for a great price! thank you.

I downloaded this from another app on Shopify, It was easy to set up as I had history working with these online schedulers, and honestly, even if you didn't- this app set up is pretty easy... During my first day, I had several appointments roll in abs one conflicted with the other. I didn't know what to do, but the system automatically caught it and prompted the buyer to reschedule. I reached out for help, I connected with Sam. He was very prompt, super helpful and patient. He walked me through what I needed and I was able to learn what was necessary. The wait time to connect with support was less than 10 min. Total time: roughly 15-20 minutes as I had several questions. Great service, will continue to use as long as there are no problems! Great little app - v useful for scheduling visits by customers and quite important if you are not a retail outlet which is open all the time. We are hoping that the self-serving feature will allow our customers to book appointments at ease and reschedule without the need to call or email us. This app is so easy to use for my clients! I wanted something that was not a barrier, or frustrating to clients. I used a different app and it was ruining my conversions. This app is so easy and straightforward! And the customer service is absolutely amazing. HIGHLY recommend!!
