I have been using this app for my Tax Business. I have not experienced no issues internal nor has my clients made any complaints. I have finally upgraded from the free plan due to the expansion of my business. The owner was free to jump on a call to help assist with a little confusion I experience! Great service

absolutely brilliant! they have so many different options to suit your business needs! There is also a live chat and they're incredibly helpful. If you are looking to add a booking appt to your website I 100% recommend this service, it takes 5 minutes to get use to, easy to manage and great help if you get a little bit lost :)

We discovered this app because we needed a solution that connected with zoom for multiple team members. We have a unique customer checkout journey that most of the app was able to support. This app has been really helpful for my shop. Customers are able to book classes without an issue. The app gives me a lot of control over the booking - max class size, team member assignment, email scripts, option for customer to cancel/reschedule, etc. Customer service has been really helpful and prompt with replies. The pricing plans are affordable (new shop here!) and extremely reasonable given all the features they provide.

their customer service is great! so quick to respond and they're able to fix any issue i may run into. the only thing i wish it had was a place to see a schedule of availability ahead of time.

It's really great. It's true that there are some unnecessary parts or parts that need to be corrected in some non-English languages However, the customer service responded very quickly and kindly to those linguistic aspects. Thanks to you, it didn't matter much.

Checked a few different booking / appointment apps. The difference for me was the service and help offered by the team at Appointly. Within seconds i had responses and they helped me with clear instructions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
