Full-featured booking app at a fraction of the price. What's not to like? The competition costs orders of magnitude more and has comparable or fewer features. We looked at every option before going with Appointly. Their customer service response time has been instantaneous thus far, and they offered a video onboarding call which we so far have no felt we need but is there if desired. So far so good.

We've been using Appointment Booking App Apntly for a couple of years now, and it’s been fantastic! What really stands out is that Sam is always super helpful and responsive. I can't believe it took me this long to finally find a comprehensive appointment/scheduling app that wasn't ridiculously overpriced, ridiculously difficult to setup, or poorly integrated. This app is perfect for our styling appointments and studio rental space. Even better than the app itself is the customer service. I used the chat for help regarding customization to match the colors of our website. (I typically dislike chats, but when specifics need to be explained, it's sometimes better.) The response was so swift and the customization was done in minutes. I'm so happy to have found this app!

A few months ago I decided to try Appointly again and and WOW! It is so much better than it used to be! Support has been quick and efficient. It works seamlessly with our website. I am very, VERY happy with it and so is my team. That's important, because if they don't like it... I hear about it all the time. LOL! Thank you Appointly!

We've been using this app fro a couple weeks now and we LOVE it! We moved from a similar app that did not have as many features, was not easy to use and cost more. Sam has been wonderful and very prompt at answering questions and helping us customize our settings exactly how we need them. 10/10 would recommend!

We use Appointly for booking merchandise drop-offs at our store, and it is incredibly helpful. I'm looking forward to seeing new updates for the app, because more customization options and ways to organize/categorize appointments would take it to the next level. I'd also love to have access to a website or blog for troubleshooting outside of the FAQs and chat box on the app.
