Checked a few different booking / appointment apps. The difference for me was the service and help offered by the team at Appointly. Within seconds i had responses and they helped me with clear instructions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

So far everything is going great. Just create a Product in Shopify and assign it as the "Service" in the booking app. Needed help with hiding service selection and customizing booking widget colors, dev support was very fast and helpful. Great value!

Yep, works great. I wanted to embed a button on a content page rather than use a product page for bookings... support jumped straight on a video call and helped me insert the code. Perfect!

Unfortunate this app doesn’t work for me. No mobile app or document uploading that is required for my business
Hi, You have installed the app for 15 minutes. Uninstalled it after it. Haven't set up any service in the app. Haven't initiated any chat support or contacted email support. We even sent you a mail after this review, explaining app features but still no response. 1) How are you able to know app capabilities without even setting up a service? 2) We have a separate team member dashboard and have the capability to log in to the dashboard outside of Shopify. Having this capability why will you require a separate app to do the same? Good luck with the business model you are running on.

I use this app for a food service booking website on Shopify and it worked very well. I had a few questions with customization of the app widget, but the team was able to make the changes for me, so that the widget can suit my website color scheme. Overall, very nice experience as the communication was smooth and the request for customization changes were made very quickly. Thanks again!

I use this app to book my yoga classes. I had a few hiccups at first but customer service was fast and efficient. We worked out all the wrinkles and it's working great for my needs.

I started out using a completely different software for my scheduling interactions with clients and I wasnt really happy with it. My customers would have to input their information in too many places, which I don't like as a consumer either. So, I decided to try and integrate an app with my Shopify store. The first few I looked at were either too expensive or confusing to use. Appointly has been SOOO easy to use and support quickly responded to my questions and its fairly priced. I can integrate with zoom which I love and it is right on my shopify dashboard. I highly recommend this app!

I used the app to book clients for my basketball clinics. It was really nice to be able to book group appointments or individual clients with the check of a box. I had an issue because of something on my end, but their chat person was able to help me Sunday night of Labor Day Wknd. They were patient and helpful for over an hour!
