Appointment Booking App Apntly

Just kind of getting rolling with this app, but it seems very intuitive (setup first test appointment in maybe 15 minutes), and live chat with Sam resolved one small change I needed in literally moments. Been a while since I've see customer service like that. Bodes well.

I've tried literally every Shopify app for appointment booking, plus some third party ones, and Appointly is the best value for me. Nicely customizable for your specific needs. Attractive customer interface. And support was excellent. The developer made real-time changes to my app installation when needed! Save your time searching. If Appointly has the features you need, you won't find a better app for appointment booking.

Love this app, the service is really good and they are always helpful and quick to change anything. Easy-to-use app and very customisable.

At first, I needed help getting this app started but they were helpful and it works beautifully. I only have the FREE version and I was worried it wouldn't have enough features, but it is just fine.

I love this app!!! It's perfect for booking custom services for my products ( I book a wedding service). It easily lets me take deposits which no other app had the option to do AND the customer service has been excellent with any help I needed customizing to fit my needs. I downloaded this from another app on Shopify, It was easy to set up as I had history working with these online schedulers, and honestly, even if you didn't- this app set up is pretty easy... During my first day, I had several appointments roll in abs one conflicted with the other. I didn't know what to do, but the system automatically caught it and prompted the buyer to reschedule. I reached out for help, I connected with Sam. He was very prompt, super helpful and patient. He walked me through what I needed and I was able to learn what was necessary. The wait time to connect with support was less than 10 min. Total time: roughly 15-20 minutes as I had several questions. Great service, will continue to use as long as there are no problems! This app is great, it offers so many options and enables me to do everything I need for my appointments, the support team are great too and always on hand for any questions.

Great little app - v useful for scheduling visits by customers and quite important if you are not a retail outlet which is open all the time. We are hoping that the self-serving feature will allow our customers to book appointments at ease and reschedule without the need to call or email us.
