I use the app to add the possibility to make appointments directly on my shopify page, this booking app was perfect for me ! The customer service is also great, especially Sam.

App is intuitive and easy to use, and if you have any issues, the tech team will be there to assist! After having some minor difficulties in adjusting the settings to work for our event, the support team were quick to help and adjust from their end. Super helpful and friendly!

We were using a different app for booking back then. It did not give us all the features we wanted for a holistic wonderful experience both on the backend and for our customers. And then we found Appointly's booking app. Installation is seamless and the features are working well. Support is great. Customer satisfaction guaranteed!

I got mine set up in about 15 mins (super easy to use!) and the messenger help went out of their way to assist me. I recommend this app to anyone for how simple it is to use and for the amazing customer service.

Finally an appointment app that is simple and hassle-free. It is free for a limited time but soon it will have a monthly fee- which is still well wroth the ease and convenience of this. Support and customer service is great- something you don't usually get access to with others. I strongly recommend!!!!

Excellent customer service he set up a video call right away where we screen shared and he helped me to input my settings. He also offered to write css code for be to optimize the color to match my website. Very impressed!

Tried several booking apps previously which were limited in function and required substantial fees to offer basic services. This app gave us the opportunity to explore offering services and adding team members with ease and the support team are very responsive to deal with any queries or changes that may be required. Very useful app highly recommend.

This is an extremely efficient app to manage bookings, events, time slots, available capacities on team members etc. It's also very user friendly and easy to manage and maintain. This app really sets the edge for me as a professional engineer. Focus is extremely efficient and saves a lot of time and it's handled very effectively on this system. I used all the other similar apps and none of them can do what this can as far as I can see! Loving it guys, keep pushing the good work! this app is gold. The staff is also very responsive and extremely helpful! had a wonderful session with the consultant and they assisted me with a custom setting I needed for my site requirements! Very impressed
