Basin Paddletramps, LLC review for BookX Appointment Booking App

Tech support is always great and I always need them. This app is not terribly intuitive for me. I run a kayak tour company and this is almost perfect for booking tours. One can set many configurations. I'm not sure what would make it perfect, but it's good enough for what I need with a few moments here and there trying to remember where the thing is I need.
