Janani was an excellent provider helping me figure out everything in quick time. She got me sorted in ten minutes sweetly. With her help, my Bookeasy setup is up and running flawlessly, and I am pretty confident with managing my bookings. Janani provided exemplary customer service; certainly a five-star rating from me. Highly recommend!

Got on a call with Sudhan Ravi to assist with setup for the Bookeasy application. Sudhan was super helpful and knowledgable of how to resolve my issue. I was able to get it resolved in a timely manner and also, was able to setup my appointments. Thank you for you help! I really appreciate it and look forward to using the app!

Great app, easy to set up and Janani help me set up a couple of customised requirements. Haven't used app yet - but looks like it will be very useful come February'25 for our appointments Thanks for your help Janani

Scheduled a zoom appointment for some additional help and the customer service was amazing. Annie was helping me out today and they were very kind and helpful. I was also new to the app and they guided me through a lot of the features bookeasy has to offer. They saved me a lot of time explaining everything in a short call session.
