It absolutely has saved me hours per day. It's intuitive, customers have no problems using it. I must also mention that the support is rapid and top-notch. My most recent experience was with Vignesh S R, who solved my issue - but with patience (and compassion). Thank you for all that you do.

Free version works well for what I use it for. I had an issue, submitted a support ticket and received instructions to fix the issues within a couple of minutes and it worked.
