Febin was great! He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. He walked me through the steps to set up/connect my Zoom account through integration and helped me see what the checkout process would look like for customers.

This app is incredible. I've just bought the Smart plan and it integrates with my Google Calendar. The customer service is excellent, I had a couple of doubts and Nithish Kumar from their team jumped immediately on a video call with me to solve all my requests and answer all my questions. Also thank you to S R Vinesh from their customer service team because they were helpful. Best app and probably the best customer service I've found so far on Shopify.

These guys are just angels to me. i have zero knowledge of coding they help me on chat and on zoom. Amazing support team. The app works great. if you guys are tired to complicated app but also wants an professional and next level booking experience on your store then they are the best.

The final result is a booking flow that works exactly the way I want, without me having to fight the tool or worry about technical details. Awesome app. Super flexible and easy to tweak to suit whatever you need. We’re using it for table bookings – not exactly the traditional use case, but it works perfectly for us. The support team is brilliant – S R Vignesh sorted my issue quickly and without any fuss. Cheers :)

BOOKX is truly a very practical tool! My art studio requires students to book their class times in advance, and I’ve tried many plugins—BOOKX is by far the one I’m most satisfied with. Their customer support is also incredibly nice. Whenever I have a question, they patiently help me adjust the settings. Special thanks to Dhinakar for assisting me! Highly recommended!
