Amazing customer service and great, simple app. I was having issue loading the section and scheduled a call with their CS team, they did everything for me in real time and even optimized the code to match the rest of the styling on my site. They then followed up in email with additional changes they made. Highly recommend!

The BookX booking widget was intuitive and easy to set up with a minimal learning curve. Works as advertised/expected. For tweaks, I reached out to the BookX IT support team and Rahul was simply amazing. Very knowledgable and supportive. He got the widget set up quickly to the specification that we required and took initiative to make suggestions for improvement. He also worked with an internal teammate to ensure the button UI was of adequate size/spacing and matched the store’s branding. A++ for service and speed. After an initial run-thru, we were confident in upgrading to the paid version, which allows the widget to be used with multiple products. A thousand thanks to Rahul and to the extended BookX team for your guidance, dedication and hard work. Excellent product.

Ich starte gerade mit dieser App und kann jetzt schon sagen, dass der Kundensupport erstklassig ist! Pragatheesh hat mir wirklich mit allem helfen können, selten so einen tollen Kundensupport erlebt. Ein Stern Abzug, weil die Termine die zu einem bestimmten Datum stattfinden sollen nicht auszuwählen sind. Stattdessen muss es anders herum gemacht werden. Man muss die das Datum, wann der Termin nicht stattfinden soll auswählen um dann das bestimmte Zeitfenster wann der Termin stattfinden soll angezeigt zu bekommen. Hoffe das wird noch angepasst! Ansonsten top!
