Excellent Support & Seamless Integration! I'm using BookX for my Shopify store, which is focused on service-based enquiries rather than physical products. The team at BookX has been incredibly helpful — they understood my unique setup and went above and beyond to assist me. Everything was handled efficiently through the theme editor, and communication was smooth throughout. Special thanks to Febin and the support team for their prompt and professional service.

I just installed the app and it's pretty easy to set up. I had to tweak a couple of settings, but Febin helped me right away.

We started offering vegan classes and this is a great app to do our service for ease of booking for customers. Durkesh kumar Raja helped me with fixing it. :)

Really good app. The service is amazing. Their customer service was helpful with setting up the appointment with and without a products. I have used logbase apps for a lot of my website and the service is amazing.

6.19.25. Once again.. Help was waiting when I got stuck again... Kavishan helped me solve a problem I am certain I wouldn't have solved myself at this point. THANKS Kavishan. I appreciate you. 6.4. We are just getting our business back up. BookX is easy to use and I appreciate customer service. I spent just a few minutes on chat with Rajkumar... problem solved. I won't hesitate to ask for help again. 6.5. Nithish once again helped via zoom to correct a problem right away... I haven't found customer service like this in such a long time. Just started on the app this month and had some questions and wishes for edits. Super quick answers, really helpful. On the fly edits, help with styling and adding extra small features that was not initially there. Big recommendation from here.

I looked at other apps, tried another but this one is AWESOME. After I changed themes I forgot to click a button. Nithish, the technical support person, was so patient, kind and helpful. He also speaks very good English. I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing additional apps from them!

If I have any questions this team has always been there to answer them. Their online chat and zoom meeting calls have been a huge help. Febin just helped me complete my app and was very helpful.
