This app is really sleek and fits into my store and product line seamlessly. The customer service is also great and they have ON DEMAND zoom call appointments for FREE if you need help with anything. Siva was very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Sowmi and her technical team are absolute rockstars! My website was having slight trouble with the booking form, and with the help from Sowmi responded promptly, she assessed the issues, and, with her technical team, worked efficiently to fix everything. Their technical expertise and commitment to excellence were evident throughout the process. My website now runs flawlessly, and I can't thank Sowmi and her team enough for their outstanding work. Rahul was very helpful in helping me get the right app for my site and helping me to set it up over a Zoom call. The app is exactly what I need for my business - it gives the customer the ability to place pre-orders for pick up at different farmers markets I'm attending.

Do not install this app. I had over 100 orders coming in from India trying to reserve from the bookeasy app which shouldn't have happened. It's ridiculous. I don't know if I've been hacked or not. I had to uninstall it right away or our website would've crashed. I cannot believe Shopify would allow this app to even be on their website. Is Apple the only company that can be trusted to install an app. I REPEAT DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.
