The app is great, needs a little thinking through, BUT it's really flexible and the live chat support with Jananee was truly excellent! I got it all running the way I needed it within minutes. This has been a huge step forward for our small company and exactly what we needed! :)

Friendly, professional and helped take care of my need. I'm glad I found this app for my online store. Nithish, helped me via zoom which was new but much appreciated so that we can quickly resolve the matter.

Fantastic app! It’s the first one I’ve used that doesn’t require creating a product, which makes the setup incredibly fast and hassle-free. Everything is intuitive and easy to customise. But what really sets it apart is the technical support — absolutely brilliant! Durkesh was responsive, efficient, and solved my issue in no time. Highly recommend!

What I want to achieve is to be able to make an appointment without changing the product's add to cart button, and this software just meets my needs. By the way, I would like to thank team member Febin for his support. He helped solve some of the problems I encountered!

Febin was really helpful with setting up my appointment booking and making sure that everything was working correctly, answering all queries and following instructions on what I want to achieve. Sudhan Ravi helped me today with setting up our pottery workshop appointments. He was very patient as we walked through setup and went over settings. I'm hoping I can get it all to work well with our needs more efficiently. We've got a customized theme so hopefully all will work well together. Easy to use and works wonderfully. I had some problem with the alignment of the button and their customer service/tech support team were super helpful and got the problem fixed immediately. Highly recommended!

I love this app. Unlike most apps these days, is very well designed from the ground up to be highly configurable and not just push you through a singular process. At first I thought getting all the functionality I need was too good to be true for a free app. I had tried so many paid booking apps on free trial and they just didn't provide certain key requirements. I had an issue getting add to cart working fully and the support team responded very quickly and helpfully. You can even schedule a zoom call with them, but I didn't need to! I could not recommend more - especially for a freebie!! A wonderful addition to Shopify marketplace.
