Update: I have received multiple harassing emails from this company demanding I take down my honest review. Rahul Pradeev ([email protected]) was the person that threatened me today. He said the following "If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will be left with no choice but to take further action against misleading and defamatory reviews. We urge you to reconsider your review and respond to us so that we can address any genuine concerns professionally. This will be our final attempt to reach out before proceeding with the necessary actions." Original TRUTHFUL REVIEW: I tried so hard to like this app. But at the end of the day, it just lacks critical features for a service based business. So I have to move on. I hate it but enough is enough.
This is Saravanakumar, Co-founder at Logbase. The email conversation between you and Rahul was escalated to me. I sincerely apologize for the email sent by Rahul from our team. I had a detailed conversation with him, and while his intent was to clarify that our app doesn’t support the requested feature and check if you'd consider updating your review, I acknowledge that the email was poorly worded and should not have been sent. The email got worded this way because he used a tool that assists in email composition. I assure you that I will ensure this does not happen again within our team. I have already emailed you regarding this, please reach out to me if you have any other concerns.
