Bookeasy is a very user-friendly app that does exactly what it promises. The overall experience has been fantastic, with a responsive and helpful team behind it. All my questions were answered quickly during a 20-minute call with Dhina, one of their team members. A must-download for any company handling bookings.

Had a major issue, This cost us a lot of time and money. I set up an appointment and the person knew nothing, Someone else was supposed to get back to us and never did. If you want this for event purposes, I do not recommend it. It is very hard to navigate.

While we can see the booking due date, time, Timestamp ID, and Booking ID in Shopify's orders, these orders are not appearing in the Bookeasy app dashboard. Additionally, if possible, please provide a screen recording of the booking process for the specific order in question. This will help us identify the root cause and implement the necessary changes to the Bookeasy app scripts to resolve the issue. Before launching booking services on our site, I tried a number of popular apps. Bookeasy is the only one that was able to fulfill all the requirements and work as intended. The customer service has been excellent, especially from Pragatheesh!

I highly recommend this bookeasy app. It is great and exactly what I need. The best thing is that customer service is amazing, they help quickly and respond to my questions so fast. I'm not a good IT person and the app is clear and easy :)
