First of all, I want to express my huge thanks to the support team, especially to Nithish Kumar. He helped me figure out all the setup questions (and not only those) in a super detailed and clear way. As for the BookX service itself — I wish the team to keep developing this app. It’s honestly awesome, convenient, and simple to use — plus, as I understand, there are a bunch of new features coming soon. All in all, I’m really happy with it and switching away from Sesami )) Sorry Sesami, but… that’s how it goes.

Ich hab nach einer App gesucht, die keine Produktbezogenen Terminbuchungen macht, sondern einfach normale Beratungstermine. Das Setup war leicht verständlich und es funktioniert toll. Ein ganz großer Pluspunkt geht an den Kundensupport. Kavishan hat mir sofort geantwortet, ist mit mir alle offenen Punkte durchgegangen und hat mir überall weitergeholfen und alles umgesetzt. Das nenn ich Service! Vielen Dank!

Jan was absolutely amazing. I had some questions and was really lost. She was extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The app has been amazing and we have really been able to taylor it to our business. I'd highly highly recommend them!

Tonight, I was able to work with a wonderful and very knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Nithish. He walked me through the process of updating my plan. He also helped me with the settings so that I would have a better understanding of each feature and how it works for my customers and for myself. I truly appreciate the fact that your services are available so late at night for me. This is wonderful for entrepreneurs that work very odd hours in the day. Overall a very pleasant and painless experience.

This calendar app has the most amount of features of any free calendar app that I have explored. The cx team is also SUPER FAST to respond and very professional, kind, and helpful. So happy to have found this app!
