Our shop has several needs for a booking system (bar reservations, single event, multi-session events) and I didn't want to have to implement different systems. Easy Appointment is extremely flexible and accommodating. At first I was somewhat overwhelmed by all the options -- it wasn't immediately apparent how to connect and customize for what I needed -- but the onboarding session was the most helpful I've ever experienced. The specialist did nearly all the work for me, while sharing his screen and clearly explaining the steps he was taking. In the end, I have a very elegant reservation system and the confidence to update it as needed. Incredible support.
