While we refunded this charge in good faith, it’s important to clarify that the billing dispute you have is with Shopify’s billing system, not our team. We genuinely understand how frustrating billing issues can be, and we always try to help where we can, even when something is outside our control. That said, this review misrepresents the situation and negatively impacts us to try to extract a refund outside of our control.
