Hi there, Our application charges through Shopify and there is no way for us to charge after you uninstall the app. (Many other reviews below verify this) That said, we looked into your situation and it looks like you were chatting with our overnight chatbot and left this review without giving our team members a chance to actually look at it and respond in the morning.
