I used this app to enable my customers to make a booking 24/7 whenever they wanted to, rather than having to ring us during our opening hours. It's helped increase bookings drastically because unsurprisingly most bookings come in between 9pm-11pm - I would imagine as customers go to bed and realise they 'should've done this' during the day.
